Processing Fees :
The application processing fees have to be paid by pay order/demand draft drawn in favour of "Shri Shikshayatan College" payable at Kolkata for Rs.650. The students should write their Name, Course Applied For, Form No. and Phone No. behind the Pay Order / Demand Draft. Pay order/Demand Draft details should be filled in online application form (No application will be received beyond the specified dates & hours).
Steps :
Step 1
Click on the Online Admission 2013 link. It will open the Declaration page. Read and accept the declaration by clicking on the check box and then click on the Next button to open the Eligibility Criteria page.
Step 2
Select the desired Stream & Course from the dropdown list. Select the appropriate values from drop down menu like category, stream, board etc. in the Admission Bracket. Once you select all the required details in the Admission Bracket the system will display the Guidelines for Selection and Eligibility Criteria for the selected Stream/Course. If you meet the specified eligibility criteria then select Yes and click on Click to Apply button which will take you to Applicant Details page (1st page) of Application Form.
Step 3
Fill-in all applicable fields in the Online Application Form. The mandatory fields are marked with red *. After filling up all the necessary fields click on Next button which will ask “Please confirm your entry” if you are sure you have entered data correctly then click on the OK button. If you want to edit the data you entered then click on Cancel button, a viewable and editable page will appear on screen. In case you need to make any corrections; you may edit the data and then click “Next” and confirm your entry by Clicking on OK button which will take you to next page (Academic & Relevant details).
Step 4
Select your Board. If you have studied from any Board other than WBHSCE/ISC/CBSE, select the option ‘Other board’ and you are allowed to type in the Text Box beside it to enter your Board Name, enter your Division and Rank.
Click on Marks Entry button which will open 5 rows to allow you to enter marks of 5 subjects. You can also add more subject marks by Clicking on Add button and also remove a row by selecting the row from adjacent check box and then clicking on Remove Row button. You have to enter ALL the subjects and marks that are there in your Class XII mark sheet. Once the subject marks and Institute details are entered, click on Done button. It asks you to confirm your marks entry.
Click OK to confirm or Cancel to review and edit your marks.
Click on Institute Details button to fill up details regarding last school attended. Once the Institute details are entered, click on Done button.
Fill up all necessary fields in the Subjects proposed to be studied and Payment Details sections at the bottom .You will see two buttons Save & Previous. Click on the Save button to save your data and display your Confirmation Number and also a link for allowing you to create and display your Application Form in Adobe PDF format.
You may also choose to go to previous page by clicking Previous button for editing the data entered.
Click on the link Print the Confirmation Receipt which will display the application form with entered data in PDF format. Click on Print picture button on the PDF tool bar to take the printout of the Application Form which is of 5 pages Click on Save picture button at the PDF tool bar to save the Application Form if desired.
The application form along with the following supporting documents should be submitted to the college on notified dates (See ADMISSION SCHEDULE) along with the processing fee of Rs. 650.00.
Attach photo copies of the following documents duly attested by the Principal / Head of the Institution last attended :
